KILN DRYING SERVICES

Prevent checking, warping, twisting and kill all bug larva. Burl and Grain kiln dries all of our material to the standard moisture content of 6-8%. We currently operate a 4,000 BF Nyle DH Kiln. Our Kiln Technician is OSU certified and has many years of experience.

We check our material with Wagner surface readers and Lignomat pin readers.

Open to the public on a space available basis. Burl and Grain can dry your material for you!

We offer Kiln drying to your specifications. Rates vary depending on criteria of material going in. Criteria includes thickness, species and starting moisture content.
